These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website www.greenergrass.com.au (the “Platform”), operated by Greener Grass Pty Ltd (“Greener Grass”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.


1. Eligibility and account usage

1.1 The Platform is available only to individuals aged 18 years and over. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

1.2 Users are strictly prohibited from holding multiple accounts. Any user (employer or candidate) found to have more than one account will be permanently banned. In such cases, employers will forfeit any payments made, without exception.


2. Account ownership and intellectual property

2.1 Employers retain full ownership of the intellectual property in the job advertisements they submit.

2.2 Candidates and users retain ownership of the content in their accounts, including resumes, profiles, and job preferences.

2.3 The Greener Grass Platform, including its branding, interface, design, and source code, remains the exclusive property of Greener Grass Pty Ltd and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.


3. User responsibilities and conduct

3.1 Employers must not:

  • Submit false, misleading, deceptive, or offensive job listings.

  • Post roles related to gambling, adult content, scam-related activities, or any illegal operations.

  • Circumvent the platform’s verification or compliance processes.

All employer accounts undergo a one-time internal verification process prior to account activation.

3.2 Candidates must not:

  • Submit spam applications or apply for roles using false or misleading information.

  • Publish offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content on their profiles.

3.3 Users must not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the operation of the Platform, including hacking, scraping, or use of bots.


4. Job advertisements and applications

4.1 While Greener Grass endeavours to review employer job listings, we do not guarantee pre-publication moderation of all content.

4.2 We reserve the right to refuse or remove any job post that breaches our content standards, applicable law, or these Terms.

4.3 Candidates may apply for jobs directly via the Platform or through external employer links, if provided. We recommend applying through the Platform to ensure applicant protection.

4.4 Once an application or resume is submitted to an employer, Greener Grass assumes no responsibility for how that information is used, stored, or disclosed by the employer.


5. Subscription model, fees, and refunds

5.1 Employers are billed on a subscription basis to post and manage job listings on the Platform.

5.2 Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for unused time, cancelled accounts, or breaches of these Terms.

5.3 All payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Greener Grass does not store or process payment card information.


6. Service limitations and disclaimers

6.1 Greener Grass does not guarantee job placements, candidate suitability, or employer legitimacy. We provide a platform for connection, not employment mediation.

6.2 Content published on our blog or resource pages is intended for informational purposes only. It must not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice.

6.3 While we strive to maintain reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the Platform.

6.4 Greener Grass is not liable for any loss, damage, or corruption of data arising from the use of our services or from third-party interactions facilitated through the Platform.


7. Suspension and termination

7.1 Greener Grass reserves the right to suspend or permanently disable any user account that:

  • Violates these Terms or applicable laws

  • Publishes or shares prohibited content

  • Harms the integrity or security of the Platform

7.2 Suspensions may occur without prior notice. Terminated employers will not be eligible for any fee refunds, regardless of remaining subscription period.


8. Amendments to Terms

8.1 Greener Grass may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8.2 Users are responsible for reviewing the latest version of these Terms periodically.


9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
