For employers, this may include:

  • Full name
  • Business name and ABN
  • Email address
  • Job listings and descriptions

We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or health information). Payment information is not collected or stored by Greener Grass; all transactions are securely processed by Stripe.


2. How we use your personal information

Greener Grass uses personal information only for legitimate purposes, including:

  • Facilitating job applications and connections between candidates and employers
  • Managing user accounts and service access
  • Sending job alerts and notifications to users who have opted in
  • Providing customer support and responding to enquiries
  • Sending marketing and promotional communications (with opt-out mechanisms)
  • Conducting internal analytics and performance tracking via Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. All usage is strictly aligned with the purpose for which the data was collected.

  • Delete their resume or job postings
  • Delete their account entirely

Please note: resumes previously submitted to employers are retained by those employers and are not affected by candidate-initiated deletions.


6. Use of cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality and user experience. Tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel are used to monitor traffic and campaign performance. These tools do not identify individuals and are solely used for internal analysis.
