Your advocate in
the Australian
healthcare market.

Serving professionals from UK, Ireland, Philippines, South Africa, NZ and India

Greener Grass represents healthcare professionals seeking work in Australia - not the employers who hire them.
If you're an OT, physio or speech pathologist from the UK or Ireland, the 2026 pathway changes mean you could be working in Australia in as little as three weeks.

Profile optimisation

CV and profile optimisation

We refine and optimise your CV and LinkedIn profile specifically for the Australian healthcare market - going beyond standard templates to professionally align your experience, skills, and achievements with what employers in Australia are genuinely looking for.

Employer Outreach

Direct employer access

We maintain active relationships with healthcare employers across Australia - including those who don't advertise publicly. We approach them on your behalf with a prepared, complete candidate file.

Interview Preparation

Tailored interview coaching

We brief you on the employer, the team culture, and what the hiring panel expects. Interview preparation is specific to your role and employer - not a generic coaching session.

Offer and Salary Negotiation

Negotiation support

When an offer comes in, we benchmark it against current market rates and negotiate on your behalf. You don't sit across the table alone - and you don't settle for the first number.

Registration Pathway Guidance

Pathway mapping

We map your registration pathway under the current AHPRA and professional body rules - including the 2025 streamlined pathways that have collapsed registration timelines for many occupations. We make sure you're not on a longer timeline than necessary.

Migration Referral

Visa and immigration referral

Where you need visa or immigration assistance, we refer you to a registered migration agent under a separate agreement. They will give you their own quote and engagement letter. Clear handoff. No blurred lines.

THE PROBLEM

Most recruitment agencies are paid by the employer. That means you're not the client - you're the product.

When a recruiter is funded by employer placement fees, their job is to fill vacancies - not find you the right role. They match available candidates to available positions. They prepare you for the employer's interview process, not for your own negotiation. They don't stay involved once you've started. If the role doesn't work out, they move on. You don't.

THE SOLUTION

We work the other way around.

Greener Grass is paid by you - the candidate. That one structural difference changes everything. We have no incentive to place you in the wrong role. We have every incentive to prepare you properly, match you to the right employer, and make sure the salary reflects what you're worth. That's what it means to be represented. Not matched.

Two pathways. One standard.

We work with professionals preparing to move and those already in Australia looking for the right role.

🌍 Europe  ·  🌍 Africa  ·  🌏 Asia  ·  🌎 Americas

Your registration may be faster than you think.

The 2025 pathway changes have collapsed registration timelines for many allied health professionals dramatically. Most candidates don't know this yet. The agencies funded by employers have no reason to tell you.

Physiotherapist
Express FLYR - no exam, no travel. 3–4 weeks.
Speech Pathologist
MRA fast-track via RCSLT / IASLT / ASHA. 2–4 weeks.
Occupational Therapist
Oct 2025 substantially equivalent pathway. 2–4 months.
Registered Nurse
Stream A - direct registration. No exams. 1–3 months.
🌍 Europe  ·  🌍 Africa  ·  🌏 Asia  ·  🌎 Americas

You shouldn't have to fund the pathway alone.

The standard path tells Filipino nurses: pay for your OSCE, pass your NCLEX, then look for work. That means examination fees before you have Australian income. The PCA-DAMA model changes the economics entirely.

Enter Australia as
Personal Care Assistant on a 482 visa
Earn from day one
Australian wages - employer covers registration costs
OSCE on Australian soil
With institutional support - not before you leave
Transition to RN
Typically 11–15 months after arrival

Details minimised at the request of the professionals involved

I'd been putting off the Australia move for years because I assumed registration would take months. Greener Grass mapped out the Express FLYR pathway and I was registered and working within four weeks. The salary is nearly double what I was earning with the NHS. They negotiated a sign-on allowance I wouldn't have known to ask for.
C.M. - Physiotherapist
United Kingdom → Perth, Western Australia
AUD $97,000 + relocation
The NDIS provider they matched me with wasn't advertising publicly. That's the whole point - they have relationships with providers that aren't on Seek. I had two offers within three weeks of my profile going out.
S.O. - Occupational Therapist
Republic of Ireland → Melbourne, Victoria
AUD $91,000
I was worried the fee meant I'd get pushed into a role quickly just to close the case. They turned down one employer approach on my behalf because the salary was below market. That's when I understood what working for the candidate actually means.
E.B. - Speech Pathologist
United Kingdom → Brisbane, Queensland
AUD $104,000
Stream A meant no NCLEX, no OSCE, no English test. I didn't even know that pathway existed until Greener Grass mapped it out. I was registered in six weeks and working within eight.
A.T. - Registered Nurse
Republic of Ireland → Adelaide, South Australia
AUD $84,000
I didn't have the money to pay for the OSCE before leaving. Greener Grass structured the PCA arrangement so my employer sponsored the visa, I earned Australian wages from day one, and completed the OSCE here. I transitioned to Registered Nurse eleven months after arriving.
J.M. - Registered Nurse
Philippines → Perth, Western Australia
PCA $68k → RN $91,000
GDC-registered, so direct registration - no ADC exams. Three weeks of paperwork, a role at a private practice in Sydney, and Greener Grass negotiated an associate arrangement I was comfortable with. The process was completely transparent.
D.O. - Dentist
Republic of Ireland → Sydney, New South Wales
AUD $160,000 total package

Questions

Questions we get asked

Most agencies are paid by employers when they make a placement - so their obligation is to fill vacancies, not find you the right role. We're paid by you, so our obligation is to you: the right role, at the right salary, through the right pathway. It's the same reason a buyers' agent charges the buyer - because the buyer needs someone at the table who is genuinely on their side.
No. No legitimate recruiter or career agent can guarantee employment - and we won't claim otherwise. What we guarantee is that we will deliver every service in your engagement letter, work to a documented employer outreach plan, and remain with you through the process. If we have not delivered those services, you can request a pro-rata refund.
No. Registration decisions are made by AHPRA and the relevant professional body. Visa decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs. Where you need immigration assistance, we refer you to a registered migration agent who will give you their own independent assessment.
Our success component is only payable when you commence employment. Earlier-stage fees cover services we deliver regardless of placement outcome. If we have not delivered those services, you can request a pro-rata refund. The full structure is confirmed in your engagement letter before you sign.
You have a 5-day cooling-off period after signing. Cancel within that window and receive a full refund of any engagement fee paid. No questions asked.
No. We work with onshore candidates (already in Australia) and offshore candidates (still in their home country). Your visa situation affects your pathway and timeline - not whether we can work together. We map this clearly in your eligibility assessment.
